Doo Prime Broker Review

doo prime

Doo Prime is a broker with excellent web-design. That shouldn’t surprise you, since this broker is part of Doo Holding, a company with many subsidiaries such as the software technology company, Doo Limited. So, I expect to see every information and modern technology solutions.

Quality of service

My expectations of service quality were big. Unfortunately, there isn’t any modern technology or other things that would make this broker stand out from the crowd. The main problem I have is a lack of important information. Everything is hidden and you cannot familiarize yourself with an offer before you decide to open an account.

When it comes to trading conditions, the only available information is PIP value (it is different depending on the asset you choose), leverage, spread, and transaction time. You can choose between two accounts, ECN and STP (the classic one) but as I already said, you cannot know the detailed offer of each one of them.

Education is also an important part, but you won’t find it at Doo Prime. Not a single article that can teach you something. I was completely disappointed to see that since I expected different materials and trading strategies.

Lastly, a part that is worth our time — a trading platform. There are three options, MT4 and MT5 (for computer or mobile) and trading on a web-based multi-account management system or VPS hosting system.

Speed of response

The support center looks excellent, there are different centers all over the world, so you can find one in Dallas, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, Mauritius, Seychelles, and Vanuatu. This is excellent, but the problem is you cannot contact any of these centers. This broker listed only places and physical addresses, not emails or phone numbers.

Doo Prime provides Live Chat, too but don’t get too excited. It’s not working. You can click on it as many times as you want, nothing will happen. The only way to reach out to this broker is to request a call and wait for them and of course, nobody can be satisfied with that.

Transaction speed

Missing information is not something that should surprise you. So, if you want to know more about transaction speed, we have to disappoint you, you won’t be able to see anything. There is no deposit and withdrawal policy or at least a segment in Terms and Conditions.

There is just one sentence explaining that you can withdraw funds by entering the withdrawal amount, selecting the method of withdrawal, verifying the transaction details, and confirming the withdrawal. That’s it.

Commissions

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to trade with a transparent broker and Doo Prime cannot take pride in its transparency. Commissions are a common thing among brokers, and it is expected to see some fees for withdrawal, etc. But in the case of Doo Prime, you won’t find anything.

You can go through every part of the Terms and Conditions, read each written word, and still, nothing will reflect the part about commissions and fees. So, as a potential client, you can only open an account and pray this broker doesn’t charge a lot, which is completely unnecessary especially today when the choices are endless.

Regulation

I don’t have a problem with unlicensed brokers, but when someone doesn’t provide a single thing, it’s a problem. Not only Doo Prime is not regulated, but you cannot find anything useful on the website. I am certain you need to pay some fees, but the question is how much. There is no proper support, so if anything happens you won’t be able to contact them and solve the problem. The worst thing is, you cannot contact authorities because you chose to trade with an unlicensed broker.

Variety of payment methods

Apparently, this Doo Prime review did not end as I wanted. From the beginning, I had hoped this is a good broker that offers excellent opportunities, but I was wrong. If you want to find out more about payment methods, you won’t be able to do so.

So, we cannot tell you how to deposit or withdraw money. The only way to find out is to open an account and choose the deposit option, within that option you will have all available methods.
